So on Thursday, the Doctors came in and told Peyton and I that we could go home, not the Ronald McDonald house, but HOME! We were so excited. So now we have been home all weekend, and Peyton is doing great. She was so excited to have a real bath in a real bath tub! The girls were glad to see each other, but are now having an issue with sharing toys and mommy! Peyton is healing nicely, and almost doing all the things she was before. Saturday she pulled up for the first time since surgery, and she was so proud! The change in her is outstanding, I tell everyone she is the same Peyton, but on caffeine. Her energy is through the roof, she smiles all the time, her color is rosey. She just looks so much better than before. Please continue to pray for her recovery. She is under strict visitation rules, due to her low immune system. But she should be fine in 6 weeks. So I guess along with praying for her recovery, pray we don't go crazy being at home for the next 6 weeks! Thank you again for all the prayers!
